Card or Pay by Bank through Stripe Checkout. The money goes straight to the club; PatronNow never sees your card details.

A delivery report shows each promised benefit and whether it happened. Useful for your records, and for deciding whether to renew.

How it works for you

You never need to log in to do any of this. Each step arrives as a link to your own email address.
Proposal
You receive a link to a proposal written for you. Read it, ask questions, accept or decline.
Terms
Accepting freezes the terms. You get your own copy that will not change.
Invoice
The invoice arrives as a link. Pay by card or bank, or by transfer, and see the fee before you do.
Report
As benefits are delivered, the report fills in. Open it whenever you like.

Do I have to create an account?
No. Proposals, terms, invoices and reports all work from the links sent to you. A free account is useful if you want to keep shared documents in one workspace. See how to get started.
Who is charging me?
The club you are sponsoring. PatronNow provides the invoice and the secure checkout; the money settles to the club's own account. Any PatronNow fee is paid by the club and shown to you before you pay.
Is my card information stored by PatronNow?
No. Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout. PatronNow receives confirmation of the payment, never your card details.
Can I pay by bank transfer instead?
Yes. The invoice shows the club's bank details, and they record your payment against it when it arrives.
What if the club does not deliver?
The delivery report shows exactly what was and was not delivered against the agreed terms, so the conversation is about facts. Delivery is recorded by the club; PatronNow does not verify it. Refunds are at the club's discretion and handled through the same invoice.
Does it cost me anything?
No. You pay the invoice amount and nothing more; PatronNow adds no surcharge. Links and the sponsoring workspace are free.

Received a proposal or invoice? Open that link to review or pay without an account. To keep shared documents together, ask the club for a workspace sharing invitation.
Open your invitation
Use the sharing invitation the club sends to your email. Sign in, or create and verify your account from there.
Choose your business
Create your business workspace if you need one, then return to the invitation and select it. Follow the email verification steps and confirm what you want to save.
Return to Sponsoring
Open the Sponsoring view in your business workspace. Only documents explicitly shared by the club appear here; your other partnerships are not added automatically.
